Numerous books written by Director Eri Mamezuka The NPO Konpeito Planning has decided to exhibit at the “Literature Flea Market Osaka 13,” to be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025. In addition to selling previously published works by Director Mamezuka Eri, a poet and essayist, we will also be exhibiting and selling new works by our staff. Hundreds of booths will be exhibiting and selling literary works, providing an opportunity to encounter rare works that you wouldn’t normally come across and the talents of new authors. Admission is free, so you can enjoy the world of literature in a relaxed atmosphere. If you live nearby or are planning to visit, please come along. About literary flea market The Literary Flea Market is a literary exhibition and sale that began in Tokyo in 2002. Based on the philosophy that creators should sell what they “believe to be literature,” it has spread nationwide as a forum for free and creative literary expression unconstrained by the traditional publishing industry. Held annually in Osaka since 2014, this marks its 13th anniversary. This open event brings together a wide variety of works, including novels, tanka, poetry, critiques, essays, plays, nonfiction, translations, photo books, and illustration books, and is open to all literature lovers, from professional writers to novices. As an important event supporting the Kansai literary scene, it is always crowded with many literature fans. The event’s greatest feature is the opportunity for direct dialogue between authors and readers. This allows readers to hear directly about the background and creative stories of works, something you can’t get at a bookstore, providing a new literary experience.
