2026 Hotel Granvia Kyoto Limited Edition Cover Hotel Granvia Kyoto (Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto City, General Manager: Satoru Miura) will begin accepting pre-orders from Friday, September 12, 2025, for the “Kyoto Techo 2026 Hotel Granvia Kyoto Limited Edition,” a popular annual planner featuring a limited-edition Hotel Granvia Kyoto cover. The 2026 edition features a wine and cutlery design. Our restaurants and banquet halls are constantly improving their cuisine and service, striving to provide a high-quality gourmet experience that exceeds guest expectations. We chose this cover with the hope that it will draw our guests’ renewed attention to Hotel Granvia Kyoto from a food perspective. We hope that it will serve as an opportunity to convey the appeal of our hotel’s cuisine to guests who have yet to experience it, and that it will serve as a reminder of the gourmet moments that existing guests may have experienced. Last year’s Kyoto Techo was so popular that all 1,000 copies were sold out, and we will be selling a limited edition of 1,000 copies of the 2026 edition as well. We will also be selling an accommodation plan that includes a copy of the “Kyoto Techo 2026 Hotel Granvia Kyoto Limited Edition” with your stay at the hotel. Kyoto Techo, produced by Mitsumura Suiko Shoin, a Kyoto expert with over 130 years of experience, celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. In addition to basic Kyoto information like traditional year-round events and temple and shrine visit information, the planner is packed with unique Kyoto information curated by a local editorial team. This essential planner for Kyoto lovers includes delicious snacks, local information, maps, and route maps, all carefully selected by the editorial team. Additionally, Takezasado, a company that continues the art of Kyoto woodblock printing, creates new hand-painted woodblock prints each year, with 12 months’ worth of designs available on the cover and monthly pages. About Takezasado This shop is run by Takenaka Mokuhan, a traditional Kyoto woodblock print studio. In addition to producing ukiyo-e prints, such as hand-painted woodblock prints and original woodblock prints, the shop also restores and reproduces old woodblock prints.
