(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tetsuya Bessho; hereinafter referred to as “Visual Voice”), will begin a demonstration experiment in the fall of 2025 using NTT Digital’s DID/VC*2*3 technology on “LIFE LOG BOX*1,” a video content distribution platform provided by Visual Voice. In this demonstration experiment, the companies will work to build a highly reliable video content distribution management infrastructure by applying DID/VC technology to verify the identity, background, and history of creators and buyers in the video content industry. ■Background and purpose With the advancement of the digital society, systems are needed in all fields to accurately and securely certify and distribute the activity history, achievements, and qualifications of individuals and organizations. In the video content industry, the reliability of creators’ backgrounds and copyright information for works is an issue, making the establishment of a transparent digital certification infrastructure an urgent priority. Against this background, this demonstration experiment aims to improve the reliability of video content distribution by utilizing DID/VC technology in Visual Voice’s “LIFE LOG BOX” to verify the identity, background, and history of creators and buyers. ■Outline of the Demonstration Experiment In this demonstration experiment, the DID/VC system provided by NTT Digital was integrated with LIFE LOG By introducing this technology into BOX and issuing digital certificates (VCs) containing information such as the identity, background, and history of creators and buyers, we will verify the usefulness of DID/VC technology in the content distribution system.

During application, the system handles certificate format selection, input validation, payment processing, and status management. After approval, the VC is issued and stored in the user’s wallet. In addition, the Verifiable Presentation (VP)*4 registration function offers three types: “Creator VP,” “Content VP,” and “Package VP.” Each VP is registered in conjunction with the wallet and is displayed with a verification mark. Package VP also allows you to integrate multiple creators and VPs and link them with listing information. In addition, the trading function allows you to present certificates and obtain package VP, and it also has management functions within the wallet, such as displaying, obtaining, and disclosing certificates.
