Popular hair and makeup artist Rei Fukuoka, a familiar face in ViVi, will be applying some “gal makeup” to Nochi.

Fukuoka suggested two makeup looks: “Himegal Nochi Look,” which updates Nonoch’s style, and the slightly more assertive “Y2K Nochi Look.” “Hime Gal’s Nochi Look” focuses on blush, which both Fukuoka and Nonoch said they loved. “Y2K’s Nochi Look” features smoky makeup, which Nonoch said she “wanted to try.” “I study makeup a lot from magazines and social media, and I study it every day,” said Nonochi. She carefully observed Fukuoka’s makeup techniques while applying her makeup. She also consulted with the photographer about poses as she took on the shoot. The entire staff was impressed by Nonochi’s dedication to learning, and once again, she is a fan (heart). Nonochi’s new look had everyone in the studio cheering, “So cute (heart)!” Nonochi enjoyed both looks, saying, “It was a different vibe from usual, and it was really cute (heart).” The makeup and styling for this project are very ViVi-esque, so be sure to check it out!
