ABEMA, the new TV of the future, will be broadcasting a free recap of all episodes of the new summer anime “Ruri no Houseki” on Sunday, September 28th and Monday, September 29th, 2025, just before the final episode. “Ruri no Houseki” is based on the popular manga by Shibuya Keiichiro, currently serialized in “Harta” (KADOKAWA). The story follows Tanigawa Ruri, a high school girl who yearns for “sparkly things,” as she becomes drawn to the deep world of mineral collecting after meeting Arato Nagi, a graduate student studying mineralogy. The TV anime currently airing since July 2025 includes “Mushoku Tensei” and “Big Brother is Over! Produced by Studio Bind, the studio behind “Ruri no Houseki,” this full-scale science adventure is attracting significant attention for its delicate depiction of the beautiful nature and brilliance of crystals, blending scientific exploration with a coming-of-age drama. ABEMA has announced that it will be broadcasting a free marathon recap of the final episode of “Ruri no Houseki” in three parts: on Sunday, September 28th, just before the final episode airs on terrestrial television, at 3:30 PM, and on Monday, September 29th, at 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The entire series, from episode 1 to the latest episode, episode 12, will be available for free viewing for one week after broadcast. The final episode, episode 13, will be available for free streaming on ABEMA starting Wednesday, October 1st at 12:00 PM. It will also be broadcast free of charge on the ABEMA Anime Channel starting at 9:00 PM.
