It also focuses on promoting culture and sports and revitalizing local communities along its railway lines. The background to this partnership is that the two companies collaborated on “Emidan!! – A Dance Project to Brighten Up the Seibu Line,” hosted by Seibu Railway in fiscal 2024, leading to the signing of this contract. For this project, professional dancer TANUKI, a Tokorozawa native and member of CHANGE RAPTURES, supervised the choreography and production of the original song “LINKs.” 35 high school students from nine schools along the line participated, performing at Seibu Kyoujo-mae Station, Seibuen Amusement Park, Belluna Dome and other representative Seibu Group facilities. ▼Special Dance Movie

They have been a part of D.LEAGUE since its inception, and were reborn as “CHANGE RAPTURES” in July 2025 following a change in ownership. In the 2024-25 season, they achieved their highest team ranking of 3rd place. 25-26 SEASON vows to make further strides.
