Running. Looking at track and field athletes around the world, some have set new personal records at the World Championships and the Olympics. You’ve run countless times, but to break that previous best time and set a new record on the biggest stage means you can convey that pressure and excitement to your running. It’s an incredible thing. I’ve played sports myself, but I’ve never been able to achieve a time in a competition that was better than my practice time. I think the key is how much you can sharpen your mind and thoughts, and how well you can convey that to your stride and sprint, but I think that’s extremely difficult.
