heartwarming family photo! “Giant Geoglyph (Lawn Art)” Completed | Alps Azumino National Park [Omachi/Matsukawa Area] Majestic scenery with a touch of cuteness The “Giant Ground Drawing (Lawn Art)” project, which began in fiscal year 2023, has been completed once again at the “Alps Prairie” in the Omachi/Matsukawa area of ​​Alps Azumino National Park. This year’s design, now in its third year, features the park’s adorable mascots, Souta and Mokko, holding a heart. The period in which visitors can enjoy the magnificent scenery with the Northern Alps as a backdrop is scheduled to run until late November.

Giant Geoglyph (Grass Art) (Photo taken on September 28, 2025) ◆Best shot from the deck This giant geoglyph was designed to be viewed from the deck of the “Prairie House.” The design was accurately drawn using 3D CAD (three-dimensional design software), and on-site surveying equipment was used to precisely determine the coordinates on the lawn, optimizing the view from the deck.
