We are hosting “Challenge Sparks Innovation: A New Stage for Building the Future,” an art contest open to people with disabilities from all over Japan. Submission Period: Wednesday, October 1, 2025 – Friday, October 31, 2025 NEC Facilities is an outsourcing company that builds, manages, and repairs factories that produce various products necessary for daily life. Our company is currently at a major turning point. Through our upcoming headquarters relocation and business restructuring, we will focus our business on facility management, construction, and the environment, aiming for a more flexible and sustainable future. The theme of this year’s art contest is “Challenge Sparks Innovation – A New Stage for Building the Future” The theme expresses our attitude of taking a positive approach to change and creating new value through challenges. “A future full of hope, a spirit of challenge, and energy to move forward.” We welcome submissions that convey these ideas, whether abstract or concrete, and are free-thinking. About Paralym Art (Disability Independence Promotion Organization, a general incorporated
association) The Disability Independence Promotion Organization provides artwork by people with disabilities to companies and individuals and pays artists compensation. Its primary goal is to support people with disabilities who are unable to participate in society and who are struggling financially. Through art, it promotes social participation and economic independence for people with disabilities, without relying on social security benefits. Artist registration is free, and as of September 2025, approximately 500 artists from across the country have registered. Paralym Art not only supports the independence of people with disabilities, but also continues to create spaces where they can demonstrate their talents and take on new challenges.
