Maruga “Bitter Kiss in Overlapping Shadows” ■Synopsis After being dumped by his girlfriend of eight years, Aizawa Katsuhiko, at rock bottom, wakes up one morning to find a familiar young man standing next to him. The young man says he caught a molester on the train, then ended up going out drinking with Aizawa, who was completely drunk, and invited him to stay the night. Aizawa scolds Takato, who says he’ll give him a handjob as thanks for treating him, and sends him home, but is taken aback when the next day he starts looking after him as a capable housekeeper. Takato dutifully keeps his word, saying, “I might die quickly, so please come and check on me,” and Aizawa begs him to let him repay his debt, but…? A love story that began under the same roof develops into a beautiful mutual love.
