The group continues to work energetically to pass on Japan’s beautiful poetry and melodies, and will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2023. They have performed over 500 concerts across the country, attracting audiences of up to 100,000 people annually. Based on their other philosophy, “great songs transcend genre boundaries,” they sing a wide range of genres, from children’s songs, school songs, popular songs, oldies, to classical music. Their repertoire exceeds 2,000 songs, and while all members have studied classical music at music colleges and graduate schools, they pursue performance expression appropriate to each genre. Image
