Press Release: October 1, 2025 “Love Live! “Superstar!!” x Asakusa Kappabashi Hondori Koseikai Shopping Street: A second collaboration project to make your stroll even more enjoyable! To media representatives: A collaboration project with “Love Live! Superstar!!” will be held at the Kappabashi Hondori Konishikai Shopping Arcade in Asakusa from Friday, October 10th to Friday, October 31st, 2025. The entire shopping arcade will be decorated with lanterns (original signs), life-size panels, and flags, transforming the town into a Liella!-themed space. Just strolling around is a special experience, and you can enjoy a view that can only be seen here while sightseeing in Asakusa.

The section from Doguya-gai to the east, all the way to Kokusai-dori, is the “Konsaikai Shopping Street” (Promotion Association) section. This historic shopping street was developed as a shortcut between Ueno and Asakusa, and as the “Onarimichi” (Onari Road) for high priests from Kan’ei-ji Temple to visit Sensoji Temple. During the Meiji and Taisho periods, it was bustling with activity throughout the day. In addition to stores selling cooking utensils and tableware, there are a variety of restaurants, general stores, and other shops lined up, making it a popular “town that’s fun to just walk around” visited by a wide range of people, from tourists to locals.

This is a one-of-a-kind photo spot, so be sure to visit Kappabashi Hondori Koseikai and enjoy taking photos with the Skytree in the background.

Life-size panels and flags decorate the town Life-size panels, banners, and flags of Liella! members will appear throughout the shopping district. You’ll have fun searching for your favorite character while you’re strolling around, and the entire shopping district will become a stage, bathed in the color of Liella!, making walking around the town itself a special experience. By combining your visit with sightseeing in Asakusa, you can enjoy scenery that can only be seen here.
