Press Release: October 2, 2025 Yomitan Village Library, a multicultural co-creation hub that weaves and nurtures “authenticity,” will reopen on October 1, 2025. –A hub for creating new culture and value in Yomitan Village as the central facility of “Yun Lab Miraikan”– In partnership with Yomitan Village, Nakagami District, Okinawa Prefecture (Mayor: Ishimine Denzane, hereinafter “Yomitan Village”), Golden Ring Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yomitan Village, Nakagami District, Okinawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Uechi Yutaka, hereinafter “Golden Ring”), as an SPC for Yomitan Village’s first PFI project, will have its grand opening on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Takahashi Yoshinori; hereinafter “CCC”), a member of the Golden Ring, is participating in its first PFI project. For the Yomitan Village Library, the central facility of the Yun Lab Miraikan project, CCC was responsible for the interior construction, creating a space that embodies four themes:
“liveliness,” “concentration,” “invitation to learning,” and “kids.” Furthermore, once the library opens, it will be comfortable for Yomitan Village residents, and will be responsible for managing the newly relocated and renovated library, based on the concept of “a multicultural co-creation hub that weaves and nurtures authenticity.”

There are also indoor play equipment, providing an opportunity for children to have fun while reading.

We will work with the people of Yomitan Village to create a sales space and share the charm of Yomitan Village with many people both inside and outside the village. Furthermore, in Yomitan Village, where there are no bookstores, we will partner with used bookstores in Okinawa Prefecture to sell a selection of secondhand books, primarily those related to Okinawa and lifestyles.
