Max Mara has announced that actress, screenwriter, and director Maude Apatow has been selected as the 20th recipient of the 2025 WIF Max Mara Face of the Future Award(R). The award celebrates the artistic talent, style, and grace of emerging talent, and the award ceremony will be held at the 2025 WIF Honors on November 6, 2025. In 2024, she founded the film and television production company Jewelbox Pictures with longtime creative partner Olivia Rosenbloom. Their first film, Poetic License, marked Apatow’s feature film directorial debut and premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 6, 2025. Last year, she made her professional stage debut in the off-Broadway production of Little Shop of Horrors, and then went on to receive critical acclaim for her role as Sally Bowles in the London West End classic Cabaret.
