The basement floor and the second and third floors are occupied by “goodroom lounge,” operated by Goodroom, which opened on July 31st of this year. The project will be located on Yokohama Bashamichi Street. The iconic balcony will be used as a street corner gallery, showcasing a variety of arts and crafts.

Flora Ludique by Hanahiro The shop name “Ludique,” which means “playfulness” in French, cherishes the colors and fragrances of the seasons and adds a playful essence to them. construction sites, discarded fishing nets from the ocean, and prototype nets that reduce the amount of petroleum used. The “Street Corner Gallery” will display works themed around environmental issues and crafts.

The following events are scheduled to be held soon. BankPark Yokohama Opening Commemoration: From Yokohama to the World – Old Noritake’s Voyage Date/Location: October 4th (Sat) – October 19th (Sun), 2025 / CRAFT. Table To celebrate the grand opening, the “CRAFT.” gallery space will exhibit and sell Old Noritake, which first crossed the ocean from Yokohama Port during the Meiji era, bringing Japanese craftsmanship and beauty with it and becoming popular in Europe and the United States. There will also be a total of 10 talk events with Tomoaki Takeuchi (an Old Noritake researcher and leading Japanese collector). Yokohama Kitanaka Festival 2025 Date and Time: Saturday, October 18th – Sunday, October 19th, 2025 In the Kitanaka district where this facility is located, various facilities in the area will participate in local events where they hold various events. one-night-only course menu will be offered at CRAFT. Table. ■“BankPark YOKOHAMA” facility overview This facility is a Yokohama City-certified historic building. The bank building, originally constructed in 1929, was relocated in 2003, and its apex (balcony section) was relocated and restored to its original state. The restoration was designed by Maki and Associates, and construction was undertaken by Takenaka Corporation. Subsequently, Yokohama City publicly solicited operators, and the BankPark YOKOHAMA Group was selected to operate the facility. Renovation work, designed and constructed by Takenaka Corporation, took place from April to June 2025.
