facilitator from the audio platform “VOOX,” using the proprietary “Conceptual Thinking Method.” The themes embedded in “Management Studies” will be examined from multiple perspectives, deepening insights that can be applied to management. Part 3: Special Discussion (Planned) This special session will delve into the realities of the workplace and the image of future business leaders, with the editor in charge and current business leaders joining the discussion. Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo and the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University. Joined Sumitomo Bank in 1991. After working at the international and domestic branches of the foreign management consulting firm Bain & Company, he decided to pursue a career as a professional manager. After serving as Executive Officer and General Manager of Corporate Planning at Bayer Yakuhin, he held top management positions at four companies, including Omron Colin and St. Jude Medical.
