Graduated from the Department of Visual Communication Design at Musashino Art University. He creates numerous works using a variety of media, including spray, roller, and airbrush painting with stencils, and exhibits them both domestically and internationally. He is active in a wide range of fields, including collaborative work with well-known companies such as Nike and Toyota, murals for hotels and stores, and media appearances.

It has attracted attention as a hub for disseminating information on culture, primarily art, music, and fashion. In March 2021, he opened TANK Sakaba, where he continues to operate to this day.
