Creating new value experiences as a popular “oshikatsu” (supporting idols) hub for Gen Z Acosta!, one of Japan’s largest cosplay events, operated by Hacosta Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City;
Representative Director: Yoshihiro Matsumura), is pleased to announce that it will be fully expanding its events to AEON Mall locations across the country. Over the next year, we plan to hold approximately 35 events per year (up from seven last year) at 23 AEON Mall locations in 15 prefectures across the country.

Background of this initiative “acosta!” has been held at AEON MALLs a total of seven times since its debut at AEON MALL Shin Rifu (Miyagi Prefecture) in 2023, followed by AEON MALL Hiroshima Fuchu (Hiroshima Prefecture) and AEON MALL Takaoka (Toyama Prefecture). Following the overwhelming response at each venue, we have decided to fully expand the event to AEON MALLs in order to bring this “extraordinary experience” to more people in the area. By hosting approximately 35 events per year, significantly more than last year, we aim to turn AEON MALL into a community hub where people of all ages can gather to share their passions through cosplay, a symbol of youth culture, and to create new excitement in the local area.
