(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nobuyuki Fujiwara), which operates 98 AEON Cinema theaters nationwide, has announced a special collaboration exclusive to AEON Cinema to commemorate the theatrical release of the latest film in the “Sumikko Gurashi Movie: The Kingdom of the Sky and the Two Little Ones,” a blockbuster series that has attracted a cumulative audience of over 3 million people since the release of the first animated film, “Sumikko Gurashi: The Movie: The Pop-Up Book and the Secret Little One,” in 2019. As the first collaboration, an original theater etiquette commercial featuring “Sumikko Gurashi the Movie” and AEON Cinema is currently being screened at AEON Cinemas nationwide. Also, original movie merchandise will be available for purchase at food and beverage outlets and merchandise counters at all theaters starting on the release date.
