We are pleased to announce that Shobido Co., Ltd., CANDY・A・GO・GO Co., Ltd., and Kabaya Foods Co., Ltd. are collaborating to open a collaboration cafe featuring Kabaya’s original candy toy brand “Cebonstar,” “Harajuku-style buzzworthy sweets creator” Shinako, and “funny and cute” Harajuku creator idol Takeshita Paradise on Takeshita Street in Harajuku for a limited time starting Monday, October 20, 2025. Since its release in 1979, Sebon Star has captivated countless girls. It’s a toy candy set that includes a pendant accessory and chocolate. Since its release, it’s cherished by girls for its sparkling worldview and the excitement of not knowing what you’ll get with its 90 varieties. Recently, with the “Heisei Girls’ Culture” boom underway, an increasing number of women are purchasing it as they reminisce about their own childhoods. This year’s Sebonstar Cafe Harajuku is an upgraded version of the first event held in March 2025, which attracted 25,000 visitors. The cafe will feature the “Sebonstar Star Collaboration,” a collaboration between Sebonstar, Shinako, and Takeshita Paradise, as well as a selection of produced cafe menu items.
