Cinema Ad Festival” held at Machi★Asobi Vol. 29 Discover your favorite idol on a real movie theater screen – a new way to support them! At “Machi★Asobi Vol. 29,” held in Tokushima on Saturday, October 18th and Sunday, October 19th, 2025, Seek Amusement Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroyuki Okamoto) held a new project, “Theater, Favorite! Individual VTuber Cinema Ad Festival,” aimed at supporting the activities of individual VTubers. This project is a new attempt to screen a collection of joint promotional videos by individual VTubers on the big screen. The event was held at ufotable CINEMA (Higashi-Shinmachi, Tokushima City), operated by the animation production company ufotable. Through the valuable experience of screening videos by individual creators in a commercial movie theater, it created a place for fans to discover new favorite characters and a stage for VTubers to promote themselves. ■ Theatrical screening × on-site exhibition creates a “real-life encounter” The screening video was an omnibus format that compiled promotional videos created by each participating VTuber. Express your individuality through a variety of expressions, including singing, 3D animation, self-introductions, and talk. Adding the audio and visual effects unique to a movie theater creates a sense of realism, almost like a live stage performance.

In addition, at the special venue on the 4th floor of the Amico Building in front of Tokushima Station, there was a life-size panel display of participating VTubers and a monitor playback corner for the screening footage. It was a lively space where visitors who missed the screenings and fans who wanted to learn more about the VTubers they were interested in could drop in freely.
