In late December 2025, the world’s largest* Godzilla monument will be born at Haneda Airport’s Terminal 3!! A project to broadcast Japanese entertainment to the world from Haneda Airport! Toho Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroyasu Matsuoka), Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. (Ota-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuhito Tanaka), Tokyo International Airport Terminal Corporation (Ota-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: In collaboration with three companies, the company (Masatoshi Akahori) is launching the HANEDA GODZILLA GLOBAL PROJECT, a massive undertaking to promote Japanese entertainment to the world from Haneda Airport. Godzilla will celebrate its 70th anniversary in November 2024 and continue to expand. The stage for this new challenge will be Haneda Airport, Japan’s air gateway, a hub for Japanese culture and tradition, visited by countless visitors from both within Japan and overseas. In December 2025, a colossal Godzilla approximately 40 meters long and 9 meters tall will appear in the departure lobby on the third floor of Terminal 3. Also on the same floor, a Godzilla statue from the globally acclaimed film “Godzilla-1.0” will be on display, welcoming everyone arriving at Haneda Airport.
