The Netflix series “Anonymous Lovers” premiered worldwide on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Starring Oguri Shun and Han Hyo-joo, along with Akanishi Jin and Nakamura Yuri, this film is an exquisitely pure romantic comedy about awkward adult love. For this film, Satomi Kawaji, president of Chocolatier Kawaji Co., Ltd., was in charge of chocolate supervision. She oversaw and produced over 50 varieties of chocolate, including the iconic “Rainbow Palette,” and provided approximately 10,000 pieces during filming. She also provided guidance on manners and was present on set to ensure the actors could handle the chocolates with natural dexterity. Kawaji worked closely with the director and art team to supervise and create chocolates that would complement the film. The art design was handled by Lee Ha-jun, art director of the Academy Award-winning film “Parasite.”
