Seasons 1 to 7 & OVA will be released sequentially from November 1st Dwango Co., Ltd. will broadcast a total of 159 episodes from seasons 1 to 7 of the anime “My Hero Academia,” as well as seven OVAs and four episodes from the “Memories” series, free of charge, on the live streaming service “Niconico Live Broadcasting” starting at 6:00 PM on Saturday, November 1st.

The anime “My Hero Academia” is based on the hugely popular manga by Kohei Horikoshi, which ran in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) for 10 years from 2014 to 2024. The series has sold over 100 million copies worldwide. The story is set in a world where approximately 80% of the population possesses some kind of supernatural ability known as a “quirk.” This work is based on the themes of “friendship, effort, and victory,” and depicts the growth, battles, and friendships of high school student Izuku Midoriya (Deku), who aspires to be a “hero” who protects people from accidents, disasters, and villains who abuse their “quirks.” He and his friends are also involved in the story. The final chapter of the TV series, “My Hero Academia FINAL SEASON,” began airing on Saturday, October 4th. The final battle between heroes Deku and the villains led by Tomura Shigaraki has begun, and attention is focused on the outcome. Niconico will broadcast not only past episodes, but also OVAs such as “Survive! Desperate Survival Training” and “Training of the Dead,” which are popular among fans.
