Communication Plaza Loop A We will be holding a “BILLIKEN × Artist” special exhibition! “BILLIKEN × Artist” connects the world of para-artists and creators with Tsutenkaku Tower Under the Hanshin Expressway Route 1 Loop Line overpass in Americamura, Minami, Osaka, Hanshin Expressway Co., Ltd., At “Loop A (Hanshin Expressway Minami Communication Plaza),” a “BILLIKEN × Artist” project will connect the world of para-artists and creators with Tsutenkaku Tower. Special exhibitions and events will be held. In addition, on Saturday, November 1st, a special event will be held in Loop A featuring para-artist “MUSASHI.” Free admission! Born in Neyagawa City. His works are colorful, skillfully incorporating markers, acrylics, and face paint. His style is drawing characters and other subjects. A solo exhibition (approximately 665 sq. meters) will be held at the Kansai Expo Gallery WEST in Osaka in July 2025.

The event aims to connect Americamura in Minami, Osaka, where “A” is located, to Shinsekai through art, and contribute to creating a lively atmosphere in the region by promoting the appeal of Kansai.
