Even in the midst of repetitive daily life, if you jump in and enjoy the sparkle… this is a bright pop song that will make you feel positive. 【Creator’s Comment】 “Kusou Jump” is a song I wrote that looks at Hatsune Miku’s past, which has been developed through countless free-flowing imaginations, and its future. I was conscious of the theme of “imagination,” and wanted the song to serve as a cheer for people who will soon come into contact with Hatsune Miku and Vocaloid culture and begin creating things. I included clear words that aren’t commonly used, to reach out as directly as possible. Also, as for the title, I chose the word “Sky Song” to express my desire for the song to be played freely, just like the endlessly expansive sky and the countless shapes of clouds that appear there. Not just clear skies, but cloudy skies and rainclouds, too. I aimed for a song that lets you dive into the sky you think is the most beautiful, the sky you love. I really love Miku’s soothing voice in the bridge, so I hope you’ll listen and pay attention to the difference between it and the chorus. It has a nuance that’s fragile yet lovable, and I think it’s very similar to creating something. Whether it’s music or something else, everyone has a world they’d like to experience. I hope this song gives a push to those of you who are wondering whether you should take the plunge. Release date: October 27th (Monday)
