An insulation renovation model house that embodies the ideas of Kendan Renovation Promotion Council.
It opened in September 2023 in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture. This time, Tatsumi Housing representative Sasou visited this renovation model house.
The biggest feature of this renovated model house is that it has been renovated to include air conditioning throughout the house.
When remodeling, the airtightness of the original home is often not ensured, so It has been considered difficult to install central air conditioning, which requires high construction power to improve airtightness. In this renovation model, we have achieved the introduction of air conditioning throughout the building with the support of the Kendan Renovation Promotion Council and the construction technology of council member companies.
