(Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Yuichiro Shimomura; hereafter referred to as “ByWill”) aims to achieve carbon neutrality in all 47 prefectures of Japan. : We have concluded a business matching (customer introduction) contract with Shinya Kubota (hereinafter referred to as “Shiga Bank”).
Based on this, we will promote the creation and distribution of environmental value within Shiga Prefecture, and strengthen
collaboration towards achieving decarbonization, carbon neutrality, and a circular economy in Shiga Prefecture.

(1) Creation service business A service that acts on behalf of and supports all necessary procedures for target customers to create environmental value and make it available for sale. (2) Buying and selling service business A service that supports the buying and selling of environmental value Shiga Bank will be responsible for introducing the bank’s business partners who have needs related to (1) and (2) above to ByWill.
