■ Background and purpose of collaboration
DINAMICA develops and operates the virtual office tour creation service “Tours” (https://www.vachanavi.net/) for use in recruitment activities. “Tours” was released as a service in July 2023, and has already been used by over 120 companies. Until now, preparing 360-degree images required the use of specialized photography equipment, which posed the problem of high costs for preparing the equipment for photography.
This time, DINAMICA is collaborating with Ricoh, which develops and sells 360-degree cameras, to provide a photography equipment rental service with compensation for damage to 360-degree photography equipment (RICOH THETA X dedicated tripod). Through this
collaboration, Tours users will be able to easily rent photography equipment and take high-quality 360-degree images anywhere in the country. Additionally, in the event of a breakdown, we have a support system in place to quickly provide a replacement device at no additional charge, reducing downtime for on-site photography operations. By combining the strengths and resources of both companies, we will be able to expand our business nationwide and offer low prices while efficiently responding to increasing demand. Through this collaboration, Ricoh will work with DINAMICA to promote the use of 360-degree images in the HR/recruitment field, which is DINAMICA’s specialty. We will continue to develop solutions tailored to customer needs, aiming to continue to utilize 360-degree images in a wider range of fields and further expand the “RICOH360” platform. In the future, we are also considering API collaboration for device management, media management, etc. provided with the RICOH360 Premium Package, and will provide it as soon as it is ready.
