The National Federation of Credit Cooperatives (Chairman: Makoto Kitamura, Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as “Zenshin-Kumiren”) and the Independent Administrative Agency, Japan Small and Medium Enterprises and Innovation Organization (Chairman: Atsushi Toyonaga, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, We hereby announce that we have concluded an agreement regarding business collaboration with the aim of further enhancing credit unions’ efforts to support business partners.
Through this business collaboration, in order to respond to important policy issues and customer needs related to small and medium-sized enterprises and micro-enterprises, Zenshin Cooperative Federation, the central financial institution in the credit union system, will provide a variety of services to small and medium-sized enterprises and local communities. The Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, which provides services, will work together to build a collaborative support system for small and medium-sized enterprises and micro-enterprises. 1. (4) Support for improving productivity using IT
