……
The Chronomat was developed in 1983 for the Italian Air Force Frecce Tricolori. At a time when quartz watches were at the height of their popularity, it became an icon of the revival of mechanical watches. Nearly 40 years later, the Chronomat has been reborn as a versatile watch that meets all your needs. Now, the Chronomat B01 42 is the first model to feature a white mother-of-pearl dial. Furthermore, the bolder and more powerful Super Chronomat series includes a rare model with a red gold case. Both are special limited edition models available only in Japan, with white color perfect for the holiday season.

Chronomat B01 42, a versatile sports watch that meets all your needs The Chronomat is an important model in Breitling’s history. When it was released in 1984, ultra-thin quartz watches were at the height of their popularity. Breitling took a bold gamble with an extremely impressive mechanical watch. Based on the Frecce Tricolori
chronograph, developed and released in 1983 in collaboration with the famous Italian Air Force, Chronomat celebrates 100 years of Breitling style by creating a mechanical chronograph. We brought the brand back to its original important position. This is how this wonderful timepiece gained worldwide recognition. Chronomat will be remodeled again in 2020 and will evolve into a versatile watch that can be used in all situations. The new Chronomat features a 42mm case with non-curved lugs and an iconic bezel with four rider tabs. Furthermore, the unique “Rouleau” bracelet stands out.

The third Japan-only model based on the Chronomat B01 42 uses white mother-of-pearl. The mother-of-pearl dial is a detail that has always been very popular in Japan due to its unique beauty. The golden Breitling logo stands out on the elegant coloring, which is perfect for the winter season and perfectly blends with the beautiful sparkling white and anthracite subdials. This timepiece, which combines functionality and beauty, is equipped with the Manufacture Caliber 01, a COSC-certified chronometer, the highest certification standard for precision and reliability. The beautiful movement can be peered through the sapphire crystal case back.

Super Chronomat B01 44 Japan Limited
Bolder and sportier, the Super Chronomat is the first in the collection to feature a stainless steel bezel with ceramic inserts. Additionally, the chronograph pushers and crown also feature ceramic inserts. It also features a rubber strap inspired by the iconic Reuleaux bracelet. This product has a 44mm case made of 18K red gold. It is characterized by a restrained gorgeousness, with a polished finish that stands out amidst the delicate matte finish. The hands, indexes, and even the B logo on the dial are all in the same color, and the black scale gives the dial a dignified, Breitling-like look. The rotor of Manufacture Caliber 01, which can be seen from the case back, is also a special specification decorated with gold. This product, which combines the timeless charm of gold with the abrasion resistance of ceramic, is suitable for those who want to use something special, like gold-jointed white porcelain, with ease. This work is a limited edition of only 25 pieces.
