MICE Institute Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo/Representative Director: Chikara Tanaka), which publishes the monthly event marketing magazine, will hold a conference on Wednesday, December 13th at the Otemachi Place Conference Center for job seekers, job seekers, and career advancement. We will hold “Event Industry LLC Information Session 2023 Winter – Career Advancement Seminar and Exchange Meeting” for the target audience. In addition to exhibiting eight event-related companies, including venue facility management, planning and operation, equipment rental, staffing, video/audio operation/video production, there will also be career advancement seminars, seminars for people who are worried about industry/occupation selection, career planning, etc. We will hold networking events and other events to fully assist you in job hunting, career change, and career advancement in the event industry.

In the seminar corner, there will be corporate presentations by eight exhibiting companies, and a “roundtable discussion to learn about event work” (14:00-14:30) by three exhibiting companies: Technico Co., Ltd., Hotscape Co., Ltd., and Theater Workshop Co., Ltd. ), as well as two seminars on thinking about career plans and career advancement. At the Career Up Seminar, we will hold a practical course “A course to fully acquire practical event know-how (shortened version) – For students, industry/business beginners -” (18:00-19:00), CEO of Hotscape Co., Ltd. /Held a practical course by Nobuyuki Maeno, CEO of Conference Factory Co., Ltd. In addition, a special seminar [with booklet] titled “The unknown world of the event industry ~ Future careers gained through corporate events ~” (15:30-16:00) will be held to discuss strategies and practices for business events. Mr. Tomoya Nakamura, Representative Director of Company POOL, Mr. Michitomo Hagiwara, Marketing Planner of Magnet Studio Co., Ltd., and Mr. Hiromasa Hatsuse, Infield Co., Ltd. will be on stage to provide a good view of “industry knowledge” and “vocational knowledge” By doing so, we will do our best to assist you in your career selection and career planning.
