ALTERNA is an asset management service for individuals that allows them to easily invest in real assets that can be expected to generate stable rental income, such as infrastructure such as large real estate in the city center, logistics facilities, and power plants, with the aim of obtaining a high yield using their smartphone. We aim to provide individual investors with new investment options that are neither deposits nor stocks.
We believe that real assets such as real estate that generate rental income are easy to understand even for beginners in investing because they are “things” and are easy to imagine intuitively, and the “flow of money” is simple and easy to understand.
In addition, when selecting investment projects, we focus on real estate value and rarity, and limit investment to areas with high demand to prepare for investment risk.
The new project is a luxury rental residence property in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, the starting point of Japan. Rental properties for families in this area are relatively rare, and it is an investment opportunity where you can invest in one building (44 rooms), not just one room, for as little as 100,000 yen per unit through a digital securities fund, and you can use it as an opportunity to manage your assets.
