We will hold a grand opening of “Shisan Udon Nagasaki Hirama Store”, our first store in Nagasaki Prefecture and Nagasaki City, from 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 19, 2023! We offer over 100 kinds of menus such as udon, rice bowls, and botamochi, and we look forward to your visit all year round! Prior to the grand opening, we will be holding a pre-opening business on Monday, December 18th from 11:00 to 21:00 (order stop at 20:00)! Pre-opening hours will be shortened, but all customers will be able to visit and place orders. Furthermore, by opening a store in Nagasaki Prefecture, Shisan Udon was able to open stores in all prefectures in Kyushu, and was able to achieve its long-awaited goal of conquering all prefectures in Kyushu! Everyone in Nagasaki, thank you for waiting for such a long time! Shisan Udon Nagasaki Hirama store, the 66th store of Shisan Udon, which first opened in Nagasaki Prefecture and Nagasaki City, and the store that achieved the commemorative “Kyushu All Prefecture Conquest”, will finally open on December 19th. Grand opening will be held on Sunday (Tuesday) at 10am. More than 100 types are available, including the most popular menu item, “Niku Goboten Udon”, the most popular bowl menu item, “Katsutojidon”, “Yaki Udon”, which originated in Kokura, and “Beef Curry”, which is popular for its authentic taste. We have a rich menu lineup. Of course, we also offer “Bota Mochi”, a specialty of “Shisan Udon” which sells 5.4 million units a year. Prior to the opening of Shisan Udon Nagasaki Hirama Branch, the Shisan Udon kitchen car will be at the NCC Tokohapi Carnival for two days on November 11th (Saturday) and November 12th (Sunday).
