Sharp will open the “AQUOS Repair Corner” at the Docomo Shop Lumine Ikebukuro store (Toshima-ku, Tokyo) on Friday, December 22 of this year, and will begin “immediate in-store repair” service for smartphone AQUOS for NTT Docomo. Generally, it takes from a few days to about two weeks to repair a malfunctioning smartphone, but the AQUOS Repair Corner has full-time staff on hand to perform repairs right away at the store. In the case of eligible repairs (*2) such as camera replacement or display repair, the product will be completed in approximately 60 minutes and returned to the customer on the spot. We use our genuine parts for repairs, so we can provide reliable quality.
Additionally, since data is not initialized (*3) during repairs, repairs can be performed while preserving the customer’s important data. If you subscribe to the “Mobile Phone Protection Service” or “Smart Anshin Protection” provided by NTT Docomo, you can have your device repaired for up to 5,500 yen (tax included) (*4).
