Although he was small at 138 cm when he entered junior high school and 152 cm when he entered high school, he did not let his small size bother him and honed his unique characteristics of footwork and dynamic play with quick timing. After entering Kinki University, she won the Kansai Student Tournament in her first year, ranked first in the Kansai student rankings, placed in the top 16 at the All Japan Student Tennis Championships, and placed third in the All Japan Student Tennis Championships in her second year. During her third year, there were no tournaments held due to the coronavirus pandemic, and during her fourth year, she placed in the top 8 at the All Japan Intercollegiate Tennis Championships and third place at the All Japan Collegiate Tennis Championships.
