At the Menstrual Pain Experience Session, male employees wore electrode pads and experienced the pain of menstrual pain. Employees often commented, “It’s a pain I’ve never felt before,” and “It’s painful and impossible to work in this condition.” Furthermore, one person said, “Now that I have a better understanding of how female employees feel, I want to support them as much as I can from now on,” making it a trial session where I could feel that their mindset had changed. From February 5th (Monday), ACT will start providing benefits through an online pill treatment service aimed at alleviating menstrual pain and PMS (premenstrual syndrome) for female employees. We will focus our efforts on improving this.
