After graduating from Waseda University Faculty of Commerce, joined Meidensha Co., Ltd. in 1988. After working in the company’s corporate planning department for 15 years, he engaged in accounting, finance, financing, M&A, etc. at listed companies and venture companies. After that, he served as the person in charge of overall management departments, including human resources and labor affairs and legal affairs. After working as a CFO and auditor of a venture company while also experiencing numerous IPO preparations, he became a full-time auditor of Cell Promote Co., Ltd. in May 2024.
