Ash M Basel’s weekend breakfast is a recreation of the breakfast served at an inn in a rural town in the south of France. Our breakfast is created with the hope that our guests can enjoy local delicious food with all their heart, rather than something extravagant, in the pleasant morning air. Enjoy your breakfast with a conversation with someone you care about. I would be happy if I could deliver such a moment.
With the desire to nourish your mind and body on holiday mornings, we use local ingredients whenever possible, and the menu features homemade dishes supervised by a French chef with over 20 years of experience. Masu.
In addition to locally grown vegetable salads, homemade quiches, bean dishes, and Liolet (French rice pudding), we also offer breakfast staples such as egg dishes, cheese, ham, and cereals.
The bread on the buffet is freshly baked at the BASEL bakery and shipped directly to you, and you can enjoy drinks and coffee such as cafe au lait and fresh juices made with carefully selected coffee beans roasted in-house.
In addition, breakfast is provided by a patisserie cafe. You can also enjoy the recommended cake of the day.
