In January of this year, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare announced the 2023 Guide to Physical Activity and Exercise for Health Promotion, which recommended for the first time that muscle training should be carried out 2 to 3 days a week.As a result, the importance of muscle training has been renewed.
