It has been decided that Daichi Miura will appear in a special talk session with live performance and music producer Nao’ymt and Mirai Moriyama!

Metropolitan Government will be hosting MEET, one of the largest art and culture festivals in Japan, from Friday, October 11th to Monday, October 14th, 2024.
YOUR ART FESTIVAL 2024 “NEW ERA” will be held in the Tennozu Canal area of Tokyo (7 venues centered on Warehouse Terada).

It has been decided that Tempo and Taiwan’s new generation alternative band Nansei Ken’en will have their first performance in Japan.
Daichi Miura has been participating in the festival since 2018, focusing on the conceptual project “Sphere” that he has been working on together with music producer Nao’ymt. MEET

Together with MCs Mirai Moriyama and Nao’ymt, they will give a talk on the theme of “the possibilities of art and music,” and will also present a live performance centered around “sphere.”

The work “Sphere” was made in the form of an album with Nao’ymt in 2018, but it included not only the music but also the stage where I performed alone and the artwork. It has become one project. I started with the desire to create a project with Nao’ymt that would continue even after my life is over.
I released an album a while ago, but this time I released an album titled “MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL.
2024”, I am very happy to be able to explore this from an artistic perspective. This is actually my first time holding a talk session with Nao’ymt, but I hope to take this opportunity to convey the “Sphere” project to a variety of people from a new angle, so I would like to share my thoughts on “MEET

Additionally, on Monday, October 14th (holiday), Nansei Ken’en, a new generation alternative band from Taiwan with a strong affinity for the arts and culture scene, will come to Japan and perform for the first time in Japan.

Hello everyone in Japan, this is Taiwanese alternative band “Southwest Ken’en”. MEET YOUR ART FESTIVAL
I am very happy that I have decided to participate and perform in 2024. This is our first performance in Japan.
We’ve always loved Japan and traveled there often, so we’re really excited! The music videos for the first two songs released after the group’s formation, “Honbi” and “Practical Personal Life,” were shot in Ibaraki Prefecture. In our second album, “You Are Plain,” there is a song in Japanese that was a collaboration with the Japanese band “UNIDOTS,” and we are very happy to finally have the
opportunity to perform this song in Japan. MEET

In addition, Shinichi Osawa, who has been a leader in the domestic music scene for a long time, MURO, and Night, a Korean producer and DJ who emerged from the “future funk” scene and is active mainly in the United States and Japan.
A gorgeous lineup including Tempo will perform over four days, adding color to the festival.
The talk session with Daichi Miura and the DJ/live performance are all free of charge.
Enjoy performances by a variety of musicians held in special settings along the Tennozu Canal, as well as art exhibitions and fairs with over 100 artists participating, and a market spread out along the canal throughout the day.
