Denny’s, operated by Seven & i Food Systems Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Masami Komatsu), will open the Furuya restaurant of the famous French restaurant “Le Kanke” in Shirokanedai, Tokyo from Tuesday, September 10, 2024. We will be selling new menu items supervised by Chef Soichi.
We asked Chef Furuya to supervise the project in December 2023 and received support from many customers. Desiring that as many people as possible could easily enjoy the deliciousness of French cuisine, Denny’s once again asked Chef Furuya to supervise the menu, and Chef Furuya readily agreed, leading to the sale decision.
The menu that was supervised this time has a menu structure that incorporates plenty of mushrooms, which are the taste of autumn. The main hamburger steak uses “Porcini”, one of the world’s three largest hamburgers, for the topping and sauce, and is made to have a strong flavor and aroma. In addition to hamburger steaks, we have also supervised the creation of “warm mushroom salad” and “matsutake mushroom and Awaji onion soup,” which can be enjoyed as a set or individually to suit any occasion.
[Hamburger steak made with fragrant porcini] Single item: 1,690 yen (1,859 yen including tax)
A hamburger steak that uses one of the world’s three largest porcini for the topping and sauce. The porcini topping is sautéed to bring out the flavor and aroma that rivals the hamburger steak. The sauce uses porcini and mushrooms, and the addition of fond de veau (beef stock) adds depth to the aroma and flavor. Enjoy not only the hamburger but also the garnish with porcini sauce.
[Warm mushroom salad] Single item: 650 yen (715 yen including tax) Grilled king king king mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and maitake mushrooms and marinated them to bring out the maximum flavor of the mushrooms. Dressed with sour lime dressing and mixed with rich hot egg, it becomes a rich and refreshing salad.
You can enjoy the aroma and texture by topping with almond slices and capers. [Matsutake mushroom and Awaji onion soup] Single item: 500 yen (550 yen including tax)
You can enjoy the rich aroma of matsutake mushrooms and the crisp texture of chaenoki mushrooms. A simple dish that takes advantage of the sweetness of Awaji onions and the flavor of matsutake mushrooms.
