Champagne is a special event in which one Champagne house is selected each time, and you can enjoy Champagne and a special one-night-only dinner in a luxurious space with a sparkling night view.
This time, we will take a closer look at Pommery, a prestigious champagne house founded in 1836 that is known as the pioneer of brut (dry) champagne. For this event, we have prepared four types that we particularly recommend.
Special item “Appanage Brut” offered in free flow (2 hours)
1874 is a special bottle produced to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the birth of Brut. Inheriting the tradition of founder Madame Pommery, Clément Pierlot, the 10th chief brewer, has created this exquisite champagne as a new cuvée that harmonizes with gastronomy, and we are looking forward to its release in October this year. Please enjoy it.

Born and raised in Paris, after graduating from university in Paris, he moved to Japan on his own and served as the brand ambassador for Champagne Pommery from 2004 to 2007.
Vranken Pommery is the Japanese subsidiary of the Vranken Pommery Monopole Group, currently the second largest champagne group in the world.
As the representative of “Japan Co., Ltd.”, she manages all brands distributed in Japan and also plays a central role in PR activities. He also serves as director of the Asia Pacific market.
