* ◆What is “Naname University”? *
From October 2023, a research team including Specially Appointed Lecturer Takumitsu Agata of Chiba University Graduate School of International Studies will be participating in the Cabinet Office Strategic Innovation Creation Program (SIP).
It was selected for the 3rd term “Building a platform to realize learning and working styles in the post-corona era”.
In response to this, the Faculty of Liberal Arts brings together the academic perspectives of the university, the perspectives of artists and designers, and the perspectives of local residents, including working adults, children, and foreigners. “Naname University,” a research project to create a learning platform for exchange and mutual inspiration, has been launched. The word “diagonal” not only means “diagonal perspective,” but also includes the meaning of “diagonal relationships” formed within this platform.
The “Naname University” project will continue to develop and develop events and programs for various people inside and outside the university that will allow them to encounter things that are outside of their own understanding and experience the fun of approaching things they don’t understand. We will continue to expand.
