We are looking for opening staff for the cafe restaurant “HOW’z” run by the eel pie company Shunkado!
*Recruitment information session will be held at Tokyu Plaza Harajuku “Harakado” on September 22nd and 29th, 2024*
Shunkado Co., Ltd. (Head office: Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, President and CEO: Takahiro Yamazaki, hereinafter referred to as “Shunkado”) is located on the 3rd floor of Harakado, Tokyu Plaza Harajuku, which opened in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, and produces products made from materials from all over the country. The cafe restaurant “HOW’z” will open in November 2024. In Harajuku, a hub of cultural transmission, we are looking for new colleagues who will connect with people and the local community and create a store together. It’s a 90-minute session where you can get a clear idea of what it’s like to work at HOW’z, including the store’s theme, behind-the-scenes stories about the store’s opening, specific work styles, and what kind of initiatives we actually engage in with creators.

Although it is described as floor staff and kitchen staff, HOW’z is a little different from the staff at a typical cafe.
☆We develop our menu using seasonal ingredients, so your ideas will be directly linked to the menu. Please tell us where you are from and your favorite place!
☆ Collaborative menu/goods/event development: We plan and develop menus, goods, and events not only with store members but also with people from various industries with whom we have connections. While working, you can connect with a wide variety of people including producers, creators, and craftsmen.
