Takaya Co., Ltd. exhibits at “26th AUTOID & COMMUNICATION EXPO” Takaya Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Ibaramachi, Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture, President and Representative Director: Ryuji Okamoto) will operate from Wednesday, September 11, 2024 to September 13, 2024. We will be exhibiting at the 26th AUTOID & COMMUNICATION EXPO, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight on Sunday (Friday).
This exhibition is the only exhibition in Japan specializing in automatic recognition technology and solutions.
Barcodes, two-dimensional symbols, RFID (Radio
Frequency Identification), image recognition, biometrics, etc. This exhibition will exhibit cutting-edge automatic recognition technology, as well as solutions (logistics, distribution, production, facility office management support, etc.) and application systems that utilize these technologies.
*Exhibition contents*
* ■ * * RFID x IoT data service “Visualize worker performance and location with RFID” *
The newly developed RFID device is autonomous, so there is no need for a control PC or software development for both the HF and UHF bands. If you have an environment where you can connect to the Internet, you can send IC tag data to the cloud and collect data just by placing it. The collected data can be visualized using the dashboard function and it is also possible to “visualize work performance.” It is also possible to “visualize location” by linking with other BI tools, so please take a look at the demo and let us know your opinions.
* ■ * * Constant monitoring of kanban cards, item tags, wafer transport containers, etc. “No inventory required! Real-time constant monitoring” *
The location, inventory status, and movement status of managed items can be monitored in real time. You can connect up to 8 shelf antennas with one reader/writer, providing excellent cost performance. In this exhibition, we will demonstrate constant monitoring using shelf antennas and middleware, targeting kanban shelves and kanban cards.

* ■ * * Efficiency of warehousing and unloading work through bulk inspection “Just pass! Bulk warehousing and unloading inspection” * By combining a gate-type RFID reader/writer and the packaged software “Input/Output Plug-in,” we can perform bulk inspection of incoming and outgoing goods by simply passing through the gate.
Since it is linked with higher-level systems using CSV and API, you can introduce RFID into existing core systems as if it were a plug-in. In this exhibition, we will propose the introduction of low-cost entry/exit management using a simple gate antenna that uses a commercially available aluminum frame and radio wave shielding sheet.

* ■ * * Record export management with just a touch “Easy export management with RFID” *
This is an item management system that utilizes IC tags. Accurately records takeout/return history, prevents omissions or errors in the ledger, and supports early detection of forgotten or lost items. Additionally, bulk reading using RFID handhelds enables efficient inventory taking.

* ■ * * Easy installation and collection of work results without the need for a PC “Deta Collection Terminal” *
This is a Sealex solution that uses Takaya’s reader/writer with LCD display. Since the data collection terminal operates autonomously, it is possible to collect data on process progress and work transitions immediately after installing it on site. Work instructions and worker cards can be stacked on top of each other, making it possible to flexibly respond to layout changes and expansions.

* ■ * * Solution using built-in module “Simple management of both keys and work progress using RFID” *
We will place an RFID antenna module on the board and demonstrate how to read IC tags. This allows constant monitoring of managed items for each antenna and collection of worker work results. In addition, by customizing the size and shape, it can be flexibly adapted to a variety of applications.
* ■ * * Perfect for embedding! NFC compatible small RFID reader/writer* In addition to ISO/IEC15693, FeliCa, TypeA/TypeB, I CODE
It is a multi-protocol compatible product that also supports ILT. There are a wide variety of types, including integrated antennas, external antennas, and 2-antenna connection types.
