Features of “Working Free School”
You can experience working in a real workplace!
We will create a “job posting” that reinterprets the work that can actually be experienced at Morinomiya Q’s Mall BASE/Abeno Q’s Mall in a unique way. We decide on the experience location based on the children’s personalities, interests, and things they would like to try, and have them actually experience work at Q’s Mall. We will meet the diverse people who work at Q’s Mall and provide an opportunity to think about the connection between ourselves and society.
After the work experience, you will receive a “salary”! ?
After the work experience, all children who participate in the entire program will receive a 3,000 yen gift card from Q’s Mall that can be used at the facility. In addition to deepening children’s
understanding of the meaning of work and the value of money, we foster children’s confidence through the experience of achieving results in their own challenges.

* About HELLOlife, the implementing body of this project *
With the vision of “creating a society where everyone can realize their own way of working and living,” we develop an employment support and human resource securing system for companies, governments, and individuals who have various problems related to “work.”・We propose and operate problem-solving plans based on operational knowledge. In projects commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and local governments, as well as collaborative projects with foreign companies, we have a track record of interpersonal support, and career counselors, clinical psychologists, certified psychologists, peer counselors with developmental disabilities, and others support job seekers on a daily basis. I’m here.
HELLOlife has so far provided career education programs for children, such as “Machi Tokidoki Kaeru,” an educational program for elementary school students from 50 schools in Osaka Prefecture, and “Edison’s School,” where you can learn by interacting with “cool adults” who are active in the world of manufacturing. I have been working on this. This program aims to build a system in society to support children regarding the issue of school refusal by collaborating with various social resources, including commercial facilities, in addition to governments and NPOs.

* Cooperation with this project – About Morinomiya Q’s Mall BASE / Abeno Q’s Mall *
“Morinomiya Q’s Mall BASE” and “Abeno Q’s Mall” operated by Tokyu Land Corporation and Tokyu Land Corporation SC Management are based on the brand concept of “The town is easy-going. The people are
warm-hearted.” We operate facilities that are rooted in Through the implementation of “Gathering Activities,” an initiative to revitalize local communities, and efforts to resolve local issues through partnership agreements with Osaka City’s Chuo Ward and Abeno Ward, where each is located, we are creating a “Town Town” that goes beyond the framework of conventional commercial facilities. We aim to be a facility that is loved and supported by the local community as a central facility.
This program is a collaborative project between Morinomiya Q’s Mall BASE and Abeno Q’s Mall as part of a new initiative targeting local children who tend not to attend school.
* About this project’s support and the Nippon Foundation *
Pain, hope, and future together. Since its establishment in 1962 as one of Japan’s largest foundations, the Nippon Foundation has used the proceeds from boat races to support activities in a wide range of fields, including children, people with disabilities, disasters, the ocean, and humanitarian aid, transcending race and national
boundaries. We are promoting this as a financial resource.
