Juice Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Teruo Kobe, Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo) is a POP UP of the popular children’s book series “Kobito Zukan” which has sold over 3 million copies.
The event “Kobitozukan EXPO” will be held at Ikebukuro Sunshine City “Annex B1 Exhibition Hall” from Friday, September 13, 2024.
New POP in 2024
“Kobitozukan EXPO” has started as a UP event. The main visual is a newly drawn art by the author Shitaka Nabata! We will prepare a special exhibition corner based on the theme of “EXPO”, which is perfect for the coming times. There will be a “history panel” that traces the history of the series, an “introduction panel” of all 285 species of kobito, a photo spot, and the main event will be a “giant diorama” with a total length of about 3 meters. Please enjoy the world of “Kobitozukan” to your heart’s content♪

* What is “Kobitozukan”? *
“Kobitozukan” is a picture book and book series by Nabata and Shitaka that was first published in 2006.
We introduce “pygmy creatures”, mysterious creatures that are neither insects nor plants, through stories, guidebooks, and illustrated encyclopedias.
This series is celebrating its 18th anniversary and has sold over 3 million copies.
It has become a standard work read in kindergartens, nursery schools, and elementary schools, and is loved by children and their families.
