We would like to inform you that we have acquired all the shares of Sue Rinsan Co., Ltd. (Saku City, Nagano Prefecture) through our subsidiary Watanabe Kenzai Co., Ltd. (Isamu).
Sue Rinssan has a wealth of knowledge and know-how regarding forests, and specializes in forestry management such as felling, planting, underbrushing, and thinning.
By joining the Suerinsan Group, we are able to handle everything related to wood, from the production of raw logs to processing, construction, and sales, within the Watahan Group.
By participating in forest creation, we will promote a circular forestry system of cutting, planting, growing, and using, with the aim of developing Nagano Prefecture’s forestry industry and increasing the corporate value of the Watahan Group.

Suerinsan was founded in 1990 in Saku City and incorporated in 2001. Our main business activities include maintenance of private forests, felling of standing trees through contract work in national forests, and sales of logs for raw materials and logs for chips.
We are particularly good at managing privately owned forests, as we have a wealth of experience cultivated over many years, have strong connections with forest owners and governments, and are able to secure stable management areas.
In addition, we have many technical and technical staff in their 20s and 30s, and we are currently focusing on developing new human resources for forest maintenance.
