As the social economy becomes more sophisticated, the role played by experts in society continues to grow in importance, and Japan has taken various measures to meet society’s demand for experts through judicial system reform and the establishment of professional graduate schools. On the other hand, despite these national efforts and demands from society, access to specialized knowledge and the professionals who handle it is not as good as expected. In fact, it can even be said that access to specialized knowledge and experts is becoming increasingly difficult, as the specialized knowledge required has become extremely diverse and fragmented.
“Realizing a world where everyone can utilize their expertise” The expert community “BAMBOO INCUBATOR” was founded in 2020 with the mission of “Expertise is Power.” In order to eliminate this disparity in expertise.
In 2022, BAMBOO INCUBATOR Co., Ltd. was established as the operating company, and we have been working to strengthen the organization. Since the creation of the community, the number of participants has continued to increase, and as of September 2024, there are over 100 professionals such as lawyers, certified public accountants, tax accountants, social insurance and labor consultants, judicial scriveners, patent attorneys, and administrative scriveners. It has become one of the largest cross-disciplinary expert communities in Japan.
Within the community, active cross-disciplinary opinion exchanges and study sessions are held, and the results are seamlessly output in the form of video distribution.
Therefore, in order to further promote these community activities and accelerate the realization of a world where everyone can utilize their expertise, we have decided to raise equity funds.
